Shipping:

  • This lift has to ship on a flatbed trailer. Please call us for a shipping quote before purchase.

Warranty:

  • Eligibility:
    · Warranty applies only to electric lifts that are less than 20 years old
    · Gas-powered lifts are not covered under this warranty
    · Lifts purchased for rental use are excluded from warranty coverage
  • What’s Covered: This limited warranty covers the functionality of key components, including:
    · Lift, drive, and steering functions
    · Onboard battery charger
    · Batteries
  • What’s Not Covered: This warranty does not cover:
    · Cosmetic wear, paint, or decals
    · Routine maintenance items such as tires and hydraulic fluid
    · Hydraulic hoses
    · Gas engines/motors
    · Any unit used in a rental fleet or subjected to commercial rental activity
    · Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, overloading, or improper operation
  • All warranty work must be authorized in advance by The Lift Bros. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or offer a refund at our sole discretion. Any shipping or transportation costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
